| 2002 : | Placed in charge of personnel development and empowerment in the Personnel Section, and from 2005 at Hakuhodo Univ. (Personnel Development Strategy Section). |
| 2006 : | Appointed to present post. At the same time, placed in charge of communication design at Hakuhodo Institute of Life and Living. |
